二郎系の中でもかなりレベルが高いです。しかし、これといって印象に残る味ではなく「ふつうにうまい」のレベルでした。もう数回行って真価を見極めます。

Best ramen in town, though alway busy

it was delicious. It's Jiro, but soup and noodles are better than Jiro. Business started at 11:30 in the morning and 9 people lined up at 11:15. There are 10 seats so I put in as much as I could.Everyone is lined up, so repeat eating and leaving. Everyone in the line ahead of me had eaten and rushed to eat. It's not a restaurant where you can eat calmly. The clerk has a good feeling and a good feeling.

I used to go out to eat in high school.It's thick and thick seafood noodles and it's excellent at eating. The scent of green onions is also effective. I always ordered tsukemen, and I loved having Yuzu flavored with 〆 soup.It's always a line, but I think it's worth the wait. I can't go home far away now, but I want to eat again.

This place always has long lines, I would recommend going later in the evening as the mornings and noon are swamped. The system for ordering is like this; First you enter the shop by the corner entrance to purchase a meal ticket, then you go back out to sit at the waiting benches. Ordered the Tonkatsu Tsukemen (Yuzu) with Extra Charsiu(1300yen). - Orange LabelThe noodles on its own is a little bland compared to other famous Tsukemens but it is cooked perfectly. Very nice bite and chew to it. The soup stock is slightly less rich than others but flavour is still on point. Yuzu adds a little refreshing note to the soup. The highlight for me is the smokey charred charsiu. Before putting into your mouth, you could already smell it. It is also not too soft but still tender. Probably my Top 5 Tsukemen in Tokyo. *They would ask if you would like to have “Gyokai”(Seafood) or Yuzu flavour for your tsukemen.

久しぶりに二郎が食べたいと思い、yahooでたまあた取り上げられてるお店へ。14時に訪問すると15時閉店にも関わらず長蛇の列が。食券を買ってから列に並びます。この30°を超える中で並ぶのは非常に危険なので水分補給だけご注意ください。並んでいるとようやくベンチまで来れました。ここまで来れたらすぐに中に入れます。暑い中並んでいたので冷房が効いた店内は天国です笑二郎系ではお馴染みの確認項目を回答したら、着丼。驚いたのがチャーシュー。チャーシューはしっかりめなのに噛むとトロッと柔らかく最高です。アブラ増しにしてるのでスープは普通が分からないのでちゃんとした評価では無いですが、インスパイア系だと上位の味です。またぜひ行きたいと思える二郎系のお店です。

Former Tsukemen & Tanrei Rich Ramen Honda was moved to Akihabara at the end of March 2020.Even though I was very shocked, I am a Jiro favorite. I visited shortly after the store opened.Hmm... delicious... It's my favorite story, but the impression is good and bad. It may be good for women and women who are not good at Jiro. The noodles are delicious.I wonder if Jiro and Fujimaru in the neighborhood should take the place of this.

味は普通、そこそこうまい程度。二郎系にしてはやや高めの値段。あと夏は恐ろしく店内が暑い。熱中症対策をしてから行かないとしんどいかも。暑さもあり美味しくいただけませんでした。

良くも悪くも二郎系。元々二郎系がそこまで好きじゃない自分がほん田の二郎系ということで期待して並びましたが、普通の二郎系です。ほん田さんの繊細な味に期待する人は肩透かしを食うでしょう。
